EXEMPT FROM THE 80-hour course In the interest of full disclosure, here are the details...those who are exempt from the 80-hour
course include: COMAR 10.07.14.16 A B(1)– Licensed for four (4) beds or less COMAR 10.07.14.16E(1)-(4)Temporarily serving
as a manager for less than 45 days; licensed as a nursing home administrator in Maryland; has been employed as an assisted
living manager in Maryland for 1 year before January 1, 2006, please note:COMAR 10.07.14.16F(1)&(2) The full text
