HERIZON CONCEPTS is an OHCQ approved vendor to teach the required 80 Hour Assisted Living Manager Training Course, and classes for (4 beds or less) Annual/Clinical Updates. Each courses meet the requirements as outlined in COMAR 10.07.14.18 and 10.07.14.19  PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO SCHEDULE (revised 3/2011)  If you would like us to come to your facility and teach the courses,  you may contact us by email or phone.**** Do keep in mind that the classes are being held on the weekends.****

Registration Forms can be completed and returned by mail. Registration for ONLY Nutrition & Food Safety and Emergency Planning/Fire is $130.00 for both classes. Please call (443) 839-4899 (Maxine) for registration and deadlines.

NOTE: Any classes scheduled by HERIZON CONCEPTS will be conducted contingent on a minimum class size of pre-registered candidates. NO WALK INS.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations received for SESSION ONE or SESSION TWO will incur a $50.00 non-refundable processing fee. All cancellations received for ANNUAL CLINICAL UPDATE classes will incur a $40.00 non-refundable processing fee. All Cancellations must be in Writing.


NOTE: Persons who are exempt from the 80 Hours ALM training, and need the Annual/Clinical Updates (less than 5 beds). This is a 4 day/30+ hour program. The total cost is $450.00 per person. Price includes Nutrition/Food Safety & Emergency Planning/Fire. Without Food & Fire Safety Classes, the price will be $320.00 The price for the Annual/Clinical Updates will be $450.00.

ANNUAL/CLINICAL UPDATES: There is a non-refundable processing fee of ($40.00) for registration.

CERTIFIED MEDICATION TECHNICIAN TRAINING - for ALM's obtaining ALM licensure, CMT training is required by Maryland Board of Nursing & OHCQ

Cost $225.00 pp (includes non-refundable $25.00 test fee)

MEDICATION TECHNICIAN TRAINING

All must sign up for & pass the required Mandatory Md. Bd. of Nursing test at least one week prior to entry into the CMT program.
